What Wellness is?
Wellness is the practice of incorporating healthy habits daily to achieve better physical, mental, and spiritual health so that you go from just surviving, to thriving. Wellness empowers you to create a life you love.
Why is it important?
Wellness or the lack of impacts every area of your life. It is a great predictor of the health of your body, your relationships, your work performance and effectiveness, and your ability to cope. Practicing wellness allows you to show up healthier and more whole which makes you a better friend, mother, daughter, sister, employee, basically a better person all around. It enables you to run your race longer and more efficiently.
The Wellness Way
The Wellness Way is a Holistic approach to diet, mindset, and lifestyle changes to improve clients’ health. Working as a guide toward an overall healthier life, we will look at your nutrition patterns, relationships, physical fitness, spirituality, and more. We meet with clients and conduct an initial interview, assess their current health, as well as address any conditions that may be present. During our time together you can expect:
- Coaching and education about how to achieve and sustain good health such as a daily routine involving whole, nutritious foods, exercise, stress management, and adequate sleep.
- Empowerment to achieve optimal health, for the present and the future, through addressing any imbalances caused by improper nutrition, lifestyle stressors, poor quality sleep, insufficient water, lack of exercise, and relaxation.
- Instruction on how to evaluate your lifestyle choices and to identify and change any potential causes of ill health.
- Knowledge concerning healthy environments, conduct educational activities and demonstrations, and support in reaching your personal wellness objectives.

Our Services

Coaching
Our group and 1 on 1 coaching programs will provide you with guidance, support, encouragement, and accountability.
Group Coaching provides a sisterhood of like-minded women to lean on as you grow into your best self. Cohorts glean support and wisdom from each member’s experiences.
1 on 1 Coaching provides a personalized approach that guides clients to a place of understanding and empowerment.

Workshops
Our Wellness Workshops are interactive experiences designed to engage, educate, and equip participants to make wellness a lifestyle. Participants will learn how to go from knowledge to application to sustaining. Virtual or in-person sessions are available.
